“Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming...

Personale disponibile e cordiale. L'albergo necessita di una ristrutturazione.”

“Mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Hög standard och fräscht . Personligt hälsningsmeddelande vid ankomst 10+”

“ottima colazione. buona connessione. location stupenda e personale cordiale. consigliato”

“We couldn’t believe the size of this room for what we paid. The building itself was a bit dated but the room was clean and the bathroom and kitchenette were modern. It was a great homebase to explore along the Moselle. The check-in process was basically handled by another hotel and we had to find our own parking down the road but nothing was too big of a hassle. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“Eccellente Hotel, molto carino, pulito, arredamento moderno, nuovo. Personale gentilissimo. Vicino al centro. Wi-Fi senza bisogno di password. Camera con vista sul fiume e castello. Gradita bottiglia di acqua gratuita in camera. Colazione ottima con vasta scelta. Consigliatissimo.”

“A nice and unique place. We got a bus ticket during our stays. With that we could go to Cochem. Really good breakfast.”

“Elsie was the perfect host and furnished us with many options for our 3 day visit to the area. Breakfast was lovely with warm bread, jams, fresh fruit, eggs and cheese which was much appreciated. We would definitely return if we were visiting the Moselle area again”

“Goede locatie. Uitgebreid ontbijt.
